Appointments

Advance reservations are recommended as appointments are subject to availability. Your name, contact number and membership number (if applicable) are required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

As a service, you will receive a reminder call at least one day before your scheduled appointment. A 24-hour cancellation notice is kindly requested.

Operating Hours

Spa treatments and facilities are available daily, except on selected public holidays. For enquiries, please call 6339 9238.

Weekdays 10am – 9pm
Weekends 10am – 7pm

Sign In

First-time guests are recommended to sign in at the front reception at least 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment to enjoy a personalized orientation and consultation.

Please adhere to appointment times strictly, as late arrivals may be subject to reduced treatment time.

Amenities

Towels and bath robes are provided for members and for guests who are using spa facilities. Please bring along your swimwear if you are utilizing the jacuzzi. Comfortable clothing and proper exercise footwear are recommended when using the gym.

Valuables

Lockers are provided in the changing area for your personal items. However, we request that no valuables be brought to the spa. The Management accepts no responsibility for any items lost within its premises.

Purchase Terms

For your convenience, we accept cash, NETS, all major credit cards. The prevailing rate for Goods and Services Tax is applicable on the prices listed. Memberships, treatments, packages and products purchased are not subject to refund, transfer or exchange.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are available for personal or corporate usage. Please call 6339 9238, or visit any CITISPA outlet, or email your requirements to enquiry@citispa.com.sg. Our consultants will be pleased to assist you in customizing a package to suit your needs.

Special Considerations

Guests who are physically unwell or have any medical condition, eg. high blood pressure, are advised to consult a doctor before undergoing any CITISPA service.

Private VIP Suite

Surrender to the peaceful tranquility of a private suite, equipped with a couple-sized Hydrojet Pool, Steam Bath and Taurus Shower. Ideal for a romantic getaway with your special someone.

GYM

Buff up your newly-regained figure in the cosy gym, which is fully-equipped with specialized equipment for fat-burning and body-toning exercises.
